Did you know evolution has caused a change (for the worse) in women's menstrual cycles? Did you know that a hundred years ago, a woman, on an average, had her first period only at the age of sixteen and that from menarche to the age of twenty, she only averaged seven periods a year? Did you know more menstrual cycles means increased risk of cancer?
